Hot stone massage uses stones
which are bathed in warm water
and then anointed with spicy,
sensual aromas before being
placed on key energy points
on the body ,this is then
followed by a luxurious, rhythmical
massage. This massage is perfect

muscles and inducing a deep
state of relaxation

consumption after therapy
and limit their intake of
known toxins such as caffeine,
alcohol and nicotine in order
