YOGA - WELLNESS - RELAXATION


This popular style of yoga offers participants an opportunity to learn how to bring calm to the mind and body through breathe work and gentle stretching, the exercises will help to increase core strength and reduce conditions of stress and anxiety. Yoga is a very good way of creating group dynamic within any organisation helping to improve staff morale and increase productivity. Classes are carried out by a professional instructor who will give self help tips and practical advice for improving wellbeing and maintaining calm, your staff will return to work feeling focused, alert and energised.

Pilates with Samia Boyd (Busy Bodies)
maximum 25 people per session

Sessions can be tailored to last from 40 to 60 minutes


Pilates uses a holistic approach to exercising the body by focusing on strengthening the central core.
Some of the many benefits of Pilates include:


• Realignment and re balance of the body, assisting in pain reduction and injury prevention.
• Relaxation, de-stressing and focusing of the mind.
• Increased muscle strength and tone without building bulk.
• Improvements in flexibility, posture, coordination and awareness


Busy-Bodies are qualified Personal Trainers and Pilates instructors, with extensive experience in achieving great both with individual clients and classes. results


Self Defence with Rob Taylor

Karate Instructor (Black Belt)

maximum 20 people per session
Sessions will last approximately 60 minutes


A one hour session of self defence aimed at providing confidence and the necessary skills for avoiding conflict using body language and positive communication. The session will teach you techniques to be able to free yourself and flee if attacked and to quickly immobilise an attacker if put in a threatening situation, this class is perfect for both men and women alike and focuses upon
Avoidance rather than violence.

Salsa with Rita and John Manni
maximum 40 people per session
Sessions will last approximately 60 minutes


A really fun class for men and women aimed at teaching you the basics of Salsa using a relaxed and entertaining approach, you will be taught basic steps and given an introduction to dancing Salsa with a partner. The session will help to create teamwork and bonding in a fun and vibrant environment.
