We currently have a full order book until 2009

Conversion of Grade 2 listed building former Mill Premises in Bradford from Warehouse to 158 luxury apartments

Conversion of former mill premises to  25 luxury apartments

Build and commission  a full retail development  from ground zero to completion
This development contains  sixty four apartments and 12 retail units in total some 200,000 sq ft

Working on behalf of HTS, a German Construction Company we have built to slab only LIDL Supermarket. This included groundworks, drainage, laying a gas manifold and pouring 350 m2 of concrete in one day, which we believe is an industry first.

The store is now on final stages of fit out and on time for delivery to clients.
